The Percy is a 317-unit new-construction apartment community in Nashville, Tennessee, with approximately 380,000 square feet of buildings on a 24-acre property.
The completed program comprises five primary residential buildings, a fitness center, swimming pool, grilling patio, seven garages, a mail kiosk, car wash, dog wash and maintenance facility.
