Marett is a full-service brokerage firm in NC/SC/TN/GA. Our primary focus is prospecting raw and/or entitled land with potential for multi-family, commercial, SFR and BTR buyers, representing more than $13 billion of immediately deployable capital for these asset classes. Our job is to make the right connections at the right time.

We serve as exclusive buyer/seller agent and/or bird-dog, acting as a force multiplier for land acquisition teams for institutional, development, builder or JV partners on a finder’s fee basis.

Consumated transactions represent more than $80 million of land, representing more than $900 million of project cost, with disposition values in the billions.

Our collective background in acquisiton, entitlement, development, sitework, vertical construction, and disposition means we can plug-and-play with buyer or seller at virtually any stage of the process.
