About Us

Steven Whitworth

Mr. Whitworth is a licensed unlimited general contractor in NC/SC/TN/GA and Broker-in-Charge in NC/SC/TN/GA, as well as a NASCLA certified contractor with the option of building in 12 other states and the US Virgin Islands. After executing the sale of a Top 10 Charlotte homebuilder to a public homebuilder in 2015 and staying on to oversee system conversions and operational transitions from private firm to a public division, he chose to pursue his personal interest in commercial/multi-family/mixed-use development and construction. Prior to rejoining the construction industry in 2013, he served on the White House Advance Team for a previous President of the United States coordinating meetings, events and agencies both domestically and internationally. After his time with the federal government, he joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Leveraged Finance division of the investment bank, arranging and syndicating more than $13 billion in debt facilities for corporate and financial sponsor entities across a broad array of industries and financial purposes.
