We have financed, managed, CM, GC, consulted or are actively managing the development of more than $300 million of cost-basis projects from SFR, commercial/retail/office/mixed-use, apartments and townhomes.
Construction
We focus on operating lean – meaning our staff has 20+ years of experience in their individual roles, but all are involved in the day-to-day and details. We view that as a competitive advantage, truncating decision trees, approvals and execution, allowing flexibility and nimbleness – particularly important in challenging market cycles.
